Customers can submit spare parts requirements through the official website, email or account manager, and we provide original genuine spare parts. The delivery cycle for regular spare parts is 7-15 working days, and for special spare parts, it depends on the production situation, usually 15-30 working days.
What are the transportation methods for the equipment? Are you responsible for customs clearance?
The transportation method is sea freight. We will recommend the optimal solution based on the size, weight of the equipment and the customer’s needs. We can assist customers in handling export customs declaration procedures and provide a complete set of customs clearance documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certification certificates, etc.). For customs clearance in the importing country, customers can entrust our cooperating freight forwarders or handle it by themselves.
